Filming.

We started filming on Monday the 13th of December. We chose to do it in a little room that we found unused in the college, we all though it was an appropriate setting for the scene we were shooting. Lianne was wearing a Grey coat and scarf and Jack was wearing an orange hoodie and a hat which Dan lent him. Our first shot was a long angle from behind Lianne showing jack entering in the door. When he sits down we do reverse shots showing each character as they're talking. 

So far Jack and Lianne are the actors and Dan puts a lot of input and ideas in so he has taken the role of director. Joe is taking film studies as well as media so he had the advantage of knowing how to use a camera and make it look good so he has done most of the filming. We have all put input into what angles we think would be good and how we can shoot different parts of the scene to make it effective.

We continued filming the same scene on Wednesday the 15th of December so we had to make sure we had a good level of continuity. we took pictures of how the room was set out and how the actors looked to make sure we got it right.

The starting of our filming.

Today we started on our storyboard presentation, as well as thinking of new possible ideas and camera movements, we felt it was more important to choose the location of our filming because we are only limited to the college.

Initially we chose to look around the old building because of the vast amount of vacant rooms and long halls. Not only this but these rooms are suitable for the atmosphere we are trying to create in our short film.
